All Poly Paranormal Hunters items are produced in limited batches.

For preorder items, production begins after the preorder window closes. Dispatch timeframes will be listed on each product page.

New Zealand Shipping

Orders are shipped via tracked courier.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

• Urban: 1–3 working days

• Rural: 2–5 working days

International Shipping

International orders are sent via tracked standard international shipping.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

• Australia: 5–10 working days

• USA / Canada: 7–15 working days

• UK / Europe: 7–18 working days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to customs, courier delays, or events outside our control.
